Hoya carnosa 'Freckles' is a charming vining cultivar of the popular Hoya carnosa, known for its lush, waxy leaves that are speckled with unique, freckle-like variegation. The leaves are typically dark green, providing a striking contrast to the creamy or light-colored spots. Native to East Asia and Australia, this Hoya prefers bright, indirect light and well-draining soil, along with moderate watering, allowing the soil to dry out slightly between waterings.
